The Tableau Collection is a line of elegantly striking wallpapers inspired by Deborah Buck’s 2009 publication Tableau. The book showcases a lush collection of images and graphics yielding layers of dialogue between photography, art, objets d’art and design.

The Tableau Collection features 9 graphic patterns, available in a spectrum of color ways. The wallpapers are made using materials such as paper, cork and grasscloth. Patterns include Circles, inspired by Tableau no, 30: Summertime, which features a 2007 acrylic on paper painting by Buck; a Chinese vase flower pattern, inspired by Tableau no. 1: Duchess in Springtime, which features 19th Century Chinese ginger jars; O’s, inspired by Tableau no. 4: The Story of O, featuring Buck’s 1993 painting O; Geometrics, inspired by Tableau no 27: Gritty Flower, featuring Buck’s Gritty Flower, a work in Acrylic and glitter on canvas done in 2005. Fu Dog patterns are inspired by the Buck House logo. Additional patterns include Blue and fuchsia mosaics, available on grasscloth and paper, as well as Arabesque, and Gryphon patterns, which are available on gold cork.

The Tableau Collection is the first of a series of home décor and lifestyle items to be introduced by Deborah Buck and Buck House during the course of 2012.
